Description:

This program is designed to bridge the training requirements of personnel who have completed a Tropical BOSIET or Tropical FOET and require a BOSIET or FOET.

Objectives:

Delegates who successfully complete this course shall have met the standard required for helicopter safety and escape with the use of an emergency breathing system and a helicopter transit suit as required in waters other than tropical waters.

Entry Standards:

This course is open to persons holding a valid OPITO Tropical BOSIET or Tropical FOET course certificate.
Trainees shall be medically fit for physical training.

Duration:

1 day (5hrs)

Certification:

A BOSIET or FOET certificate of successful completion shall be issued to those delegates who successfully complete the course and meet the assessment criteria.
